This Subscription & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and the conditions governing subscriptions on Crypto01.com. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms described below.

14-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date their subscription begins.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period by contacting our support team through the official support channel.

After the 14-day refund window expires, the subscription will be considered fully active, and the customer agrees to the full terms and duration of the selected subscription plan.

Billing & Cancellation

Crypto01.com operates on a simple, transparent billing model. Users may choose to pay on a month-to-month basis or pay for a full year in advance. There are no tiered subscription levels — all users on the same billing cycle receive the same access.

If a subscription is cancelled:

  • Cancellation will stop any future billing.
  • For month-to-month plans, access will remain active until the end of the current paid month. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.
  • For annual (pay-per-year-in-advance) plans, access will remain active until the end of the paid annual period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining months in the annual term, except where applicable within the 14-day refund window outlined in Section 1.

Users may manage or cancel their subscription at any time from their user profile page.

No Refunds After 14 Days

Once the 14-day refund period has passed, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with the service
  • any claim of third-party usage for real life trading events that accumulated any shape or form of loss will not be a valid claim for refund from third-party service providers
  • lack of use of the service

All payments made after the 14-day period are final and non-refundable.

These signals:

  • are not financial advice
  • are not investment recommendations
  • should not be used as the sole basis for placing live trades

Users remain fully responsible for their trading decisions.
